The classes can help you to neutralize attacks and to help get out of the situation you find yourself in if the attack is in motion. These defense classes are going to be helpful in reinforcing your awareness and the risk assessment of any scenario where you feel you might be in harm’s way. We’re all aware that there are dangers out there and it’s important that you have the knowledge available to help protect yourself. No one wants to be in a situation where they’re attacked or taken advantage of, but the reality is that this happens a lot. However, with self-defense classes, these sessions can give you the knowledge you need to help defend yourself in the future from potential attackers.
What Can You Expect From The Classes?
Unlike other self-defense systems, ours rely on leverage, technique, and timing. So it’s not simply about how strong you are, how quick you can run, or your coordination. Our classes allow anyone, regardless of their age or ability, to defend themselves against larger opponents.
The situation effective protection system helps to change and modify existing behaviors and habits. Each module is going to teach you the correct way to respond effectively to any threats and attacks that develop, whether it’s a sexual attack or verbal threats. As it’s already been mentioned, it’s important to rescue the risk of you becoming a target of the assailant.
Each module that’s covered in these classes will be broken down into two parts. This is personal safety/self-protection and self-defense. Self-defense is the physical or verbal act of tackling situations where common scenarios are covered. There will be demonstrations to advise and help deal with these attacks or threats. With self-protection, we give you all the information that you’ll need when it comes to helping predict, identify, and avoids these encounters. Not only that, but there’s a lot of background knowledge that’s shared on why predatory and aggressive individuals carry out attacks and act the way they do. It’s important to know the mind of these individuals in order to outsmart them.
The aim is to never put yourself into a physical confrontation as this should be the last resort. You should never engage with somebody physically unless it’s absolutely necessary to do so. The SEPS system helps to teach the individual how to make risk assessments and make decisions on various factors that are playing out in front of them. Violence is something that happens, no one ever wants to experience that, but there are those out there that just want to cause harm. Whether they have a tendency to do it more often or it’s a one-off occasion, it’s something that you don’t want to find yourself on the receiving end of. These classes are going to ensure that this doesn’t happen.
